The policies below have been established for teachers & student's
to help create an environment in which the student's musical abilites can be nurtured. These Guidelines are consistent with the National Music Teachers Association.

Registration Fees:
All New Clear Lake Music Lessons Students are required to pay a one time only non-refundable registration fee of $15 per family
for lessons that occur at the studio.
This fee can be by check in person or when
signing up online you will be directed to PayPal to pay the fee to book your lesson in advance.
This fee does not include the cost of the first or subsequent lessons.
Lesson payments are made directly to and handled through your teacher.
Tuition:
Tuition is based upon the amount of lessons the teacher is available to teach during the month and the teachers rates. The payment is due before or during the first full week of the month with a check given and payable to the teacher for the full amount of lessons that month.
(Other Payment Times and Amounts can be negotiated with the teacher)
Missed Lessons:
Your tuition reserves a weekly time slot, therefore, there is no reduction in tuition for missed lessons unless the teacher is notified at least one day/24 hours before your lesson. Makeup lessons will be given at the discretion of the instructor and must be taken within the same month. All lessons missed by the instructor will be made up or credited to the next month's tuition.
Supplies:
Students are responsible for the purchase of their music books, supplies & upkeep of their instrument. Please bring all materials to every lesson.
Music Manners:
1. Students are not allowed to bring gum, food or drinks to their lesson.
2. Students will be on time for their lesson.
3. Young children must be supervised if waiting for a sibling. Parents are responsible for any damage to merchandise which may occur.
Student Agreement:
Parents and/or student at the time of your first lessons will be required to sign our student agreement form which contains the same information on this page.
