Teacher Info: Kristi has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Houston with a Music Minor. She is a certified teacher in Texas Standard EC-12 Music Certificate. She began learning music at the age of 4 with Suzuki Violin. At age 7 she learned the piano, age 10 the saxophone, age 15 the trumpet and voice, and age 19 the guitar. She has performed classical solos, trios, quartets, jazz and church settings. Kristi likes to teach technique and music performance to her students. Her students have consistently gotten "1"s in their UIL's, Freshman Region, Region, Solo, and Quartet Performances.

Teacher Info: Greg began study of music theory and classical piano at age 7 and violin at age 10. In 1987, he received his MFA in Fine Arts from Southwest Texas State University where he was a violinist in the Bobcat Symphonic Orchestra. Since 1987, he has performed as a member of the Houston-based band 'The Flying Fish Sailors' and is accompanist to singer Glenna Bell. Greg's instructional emphasis concerns music theory and use of proper technique and performance in live acoustic settings. Influences include Rachel Podger, David Swarbrick, Mark O'Connor and Stephane Grapelli.
